Our goals for 2025

This is what a properly funded project could achieve

  • Recruiting current and ex-Members of Parliament who's experience will help us take our cause forward

  • We will bring our work directly to conference season and speak directly to the party members and MPs that attend.

  • The next generation of MPs will need a hand up from those with experience.

    We will recruit an initial cohort of political professionals and develop a mentoring scheme through which they can help a new generation reach parliament

  • We will build connections with dozens of local constituency level parties and persuade them to support our pledge
